Grand Wailea makes certain that the facilities being rented or reserved by you including guest rooms, common areas and transportation services are, and will be, in substantial compliance with applicable public accommodation obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. You agree that one week in advance of your event, you will furnish to us a list of any auxiliary aids needed by your attendees in meeting or function space.
You agree that you will be responsible for the procurement and payment of all charges for any and all auxiliary aids. We will, upon your request, furnish you with the names of businesses you can contact to obtain these aids. You also agree to be responsible for compliance with the ADA in the set up and conduct of meetings for your event.
Grand Wailea is fully compliant with all ADA requirements. We offer 16 accessible rooms with the following features:

Additional items such as a vibrating alarm clock, amplified handset, telephone signaler and knock alert are available upon guest request.
An ADA guest may use the pool facilities by way of a pool lift, which will submerge the guest into the water. This device is portable and can be used at both the Activity and Formal swimming pools.
