Group arrivals can either be handled through the Front or Group Porte Cochere (depending on availability and activity in the hotel).
As guests arrive through the Front Porte Cochere, they receive a true Grand Wailea welcome and are directed past the spectacular central lobby area to our Front Desk. Our Desk is equipped with 9 terminals and our staff can easily check in any size group, including taking credit card imprints.
As soon as the guests have checked in, they can then be directed to your hospitality desk to register for any group activities you may have planned. A special private welcome punch station can be established in your registration area should you wish.
Settlement of all individual accounts will be handled at our front desk in the lobby.
Please make sure to coordinate the delivery of departure notices with our bell services department, noting bag pull information and any transportation schedules 48 hours prior to departure date. NOTE: THE LAST GROUP BAG PULL IS AT 11:00 AM. Our standard room delivery fee applies, $1.50 if departure notice is placed under the door, and $2.25 if it is to be placed in the room, up to two items. Additional items are charged at $.75 per piece.
All motor coach departure transfers will be via the Group Entrance (also known as the “Ballroom Entrance”).
Arrival/departure manifests are requested 14 days prior to your group arrival.
