Alan Wong’s Amasia
Imagine tasting the flavors of Asia, Peru or Spain in Chef Alan Wong’s unique impeccable style.  Through the sharing of small plates, offering a global marketplace of different cultures where East meets West, meets Hawaii.
Dress Code:  Casual resort evening wear with shoes.
 
Bistro Molokini        
A day in the sun and surf requires you to cool down and satisfy your appetite.  Bistro Molokini is just the ticket with a menu of mouth-watering California and Island specialties, plus all your favorites.  Breathtaking views of the Pacific and nearby islands served with every meal.
Dress Code:  Casual resort wear.  Cover-ups required for swimwear.
 
Botero Bar                                                                                        
This lobby bar is set among a collection of Botero sculptures commissioned specifically for the Grand Wailea. Specialty drinks and wines.  Nightly Hawaiian entertainment, pupus and beverages.

Café Kula
Lighter fare in a casual setting. Offering hot and cold dishes including gourmet sandwiches, quiches, pizzas, salads and burgers. Fresh fruit, home baked goods and Lappert’s Ice Cream round out the offerings. Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Dress Code:  Casual resort wear. Cover-ups required for swimwear.
 
Grand Dining Room 
Extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast served with panoramic ocean views and close up of our formal fountain. A la carteselections are also available. Grand Dining Room is open for Breakfast only.

Grotto Bar
On your way down the River Canyon toward the rapids at the Gorge, swim right up to our Grotto Bar and enjoy a refreshing tropical drink without ever having to leave the water. 
Dress Code:  Bathing suit required
 
Humuhumunukunukuapua’a
Follow the burning torches to Humu’s thatch huts floating on a lagoon, panoramic views and the perfect Maui sunset. Sip a lava flow while listening to Hawaiian music and watching the sun sink into the Pacific. A menu rich in regional cuisine.

Volcano Bar
Enjoy salads, sandwiches, wraps and burgers poolside amidst the pools and cascading waterfalls.  Refresh with a tropical drink or smoothie while enjoying the beach or pool.
Dress Code:  No restrictions.
