Hospitality desks may be located in Haleakala Gardens and pre-function areas of the meeting/hospitality/office space of the group check-in. Phones may be arranged in advance with either in-house extensions or direct dial numbers. Please note that hospitality desks are not permitted in the lobby area.
Should you require a larger area for an office, storage or hospitality, please consult your Catering and Conference Services Manager for space availability. Easels, computers, and other equipment may also be obtained through your Catering and Conference Services Manager for an additional fee.
Handwritten signs and flip charts are not allowed in any hotel pre-function areas. Professionally printed signs may be ordered in advance from our Catering and Conference Services department starting from $25.00 per sign, $50.00 per oversize sign.
