We request that banquet menus, room arrangements, and other details pertinent to your function be submitted to your Catering and Conference Services Manager 45 days prior to your conference date. We are happy to custom design menu proposals for your group and assist in selecting the proper menu items and program arrangements to ensure a successful event.
Specialty and theme parties may be designed to meet your particular needs. Complete theme parties are a trademark of Grand Wailea.
Special meal requests are easily accommodated. Please advise your Catering and Conference Services Manager in advance for vegetarian, kosher, low sodium, low fat, etc., meals.
Note: Plated menus can be served in the following outdoor areas: Grand Dining Room Lanai, Chapel Overlook, Lagoon Overlook, and Haleakala Gardens. All other outside areas will receive buffet and/or food station service.
