Our bell services department is responsible for the movement of your luggage, golf bag handling/storage, and the delivery of all non-food and beverage room amenities.
Porterage charges are outlined in your contract. Per person charges are inclusive of children, plus statesales tax, and is subject to change.
Group luggage is generally delivered to the Front Entrance, where it is organized by wing and room, then delivered promptly. Please keep delivery timing in mind when ordering separate luggage trucks or busses.
Departure notices and bag pulls should be coordinated with our bell services manager and/or captains. THE BAG PULL LIST NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND DELIVERED TO BELL SERVICES AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE FIRST SCHEDULED BAG PULL. TO ENSURE A CHECK-OUT TIME OF 12:00 NOON, THE LAST BAGS WILL BE PULLED AT 11:00 AM. Please keep in mind the size of the resort when scheduling bag pulls, and consult our staff with any questions. If luggage is moved from guest rooms and held at one location, e.g. storage room, and then transported a second time to another location, there will be a double porterage charge on the rooms affected.
It is the hotel’s policy to automatically store golf bags unless the guest/client specifies otherwise. For group arrivals, all golf bags are tagged and recorded, then stored in our golf bag storage room. The night prior to the group’s check-out, all golf bags are delivered to the guest rooms so that they may be included in the bag pull.
There is a handling fee of $3.00 plus tax per bag to pull the golf bags for any group tournaments or outings. Transportation may be coordinated with your Catering and Conference Services Manager or through your ground handler. A complete list of golfers is required 24 hours in advance.
